I feel your pain! I'm going on 5 weeks and lost 2 lbs the first two weeks and then gained one of pounds back and cannot for the life of me get them off! Fenugreek in tea form or capsules and oatmeal are also some other ways to boost your supply. I think just adding more calories to your diet. I think you should at least try to eat 2000 calories a day since you are exclusively nursing!

It's hard but it is achievable. On days off try to prep veggies so that it's easy to cook nutritious meals or even buying them pre-cut if your budget allows. I love The Firm and have some from the 80's,90s and 2000s. I found the majority of the old ones at thrift stores and than about 4 years ago bought the step with the incline and it came with a couple workouts. They all are really effective,love them!

I wear panties and could care less what others are wearing while working out. I'm there to sweat and burn calories not to hit up all the guidos and gym rats. :)
