I have a mixed American Pit Bull terrier...she is hella hyper too but my kids adore her! :) All she wants to do all day long is play ball....crazy dog.

I love my vitamix and use it every day. I usually only use it to make smoothies and my green juices. My fave smoothie is 1 scoop protein powder,half cup of strawberries and blueberries,1 or 2 cups spinach and blend...it is so yummy! Have fun getting creative with it!

The only issue I have with juicing is the waste and the annoying clean up factor. It would take like 10 lbs of carrots and yield like 32 ounces and leave behind all the good fiber. First off I would die at 40 grams of carbs per day..seriously if I go under 100 the grouchy Grumps happen. LOL. I am eating around 1600 calories and I am losing really slowly but still losing. I think you should up your calories in order to prevent binges and look up the zone diet 40/30/30. Good luck...we are all here…

I believe that it could be as nutrition less as white bread after all it is incredibly processed...but I have a hard time meeting my protein macros which is why I use whey. Maybe protein powder from a different source would be better?!

Mine is a vitamix. It was really pricey but we kept breaking our cheap $30 blenders and figured this would last forever! ;) Seriously,best kitchen gadget ever.
