I just bought an oil spread from the store and all I can taste is salt,bleck! I prefer unsalted butter but that is my preference but I used to use Smart Balance all the time until I crossed to the other side!

It's hard to do when nearly everything contains sugar! My plain yogurt alone had like 12 grams of sugar and in fruit,ugh! :o/ I've just been mindful of everything I stick in my mouth.If I am over in sugars I look to see what exactly put me over. It's a learning process to say the least.

I haven't lost any scale weight but have definitely noticed a slim down in my hips and upper thighs but I have 30 lbs to lose and you look pretty fit already! I think you will notice if your thighs are relatively slim, that they will bulk up a bit more with muscle.

The 10 minute solutions one give a pretty workout and I liked some of the cheesy Crunch workouts like The Boot Camp ones were good. I like doing them when I have "off" days where I am sick of my regular workouts. :-) It's nice having them as an option!

Also, why not play around with calories for a while? If you arent losing then what do you have to lose? Eat at bmr for a while just to see if you notice a change. It might be hard to eat that many calories at first but believe me it will get used to it!

That's what I am doing and some days and netting close to 2000 calories a day. I am mostly eating at my future goals maintenance calories. But it's only been a couple of days for me so I couldn't whether it has helped with weight loss just yet. :)
