i try to have cheat day in the middle of the week insteaf of a weekend, cuz i know i can go overboard when i have too much time on my hands, meaning - when im at work, i cant sit in the lunch room and eat everytime i get hungry..lol... i am also using the Results and Recovery drink...it works for me and i love the sherbert…

i would do month one again (instead of month two) if u feel that ur not ready to move on...i do that at times :-)

i have been on insaniy off and on since july 2011...im currently doin the P90X/Insanity Hybrid...and im on week two, day 10 ;-) and i love the combo..i love all of insanity except cardio power and resistance, not sure why, cuz i love globe jumps...i think its the warm up on that one that gets me evil...lol...im a huge fan…

Congrats and welcome back...I started P90X this week and I swear Plyo kicked my *kitten*..I can hang with Insanity Plyo, but that's on 42mins long with breaks....not 60mins and no breaks....sheesh

I'm on my second round, week 5, day 2... Which is recovery week.. I love insanity..any other workout can not compare..I can see a difference in the very first week... the best shoes to wear for me is KSwiss Tubes...in the first week, my calves hurt the most, but I blame that on BUTT KICKS...lol Keep goin....don't give up..…
