I started three weeks ago at 191.6, weighed in today at 187. 4.6 lbs in three weeks! I'm happy with those results. want to add that although I count WWP I use more than allotted. I try to buy the portioned chicken breast by Tyson 5-6 oz depending on bag, but anyway i just use the nutritional info on the bag for one chicken breast since they are all suppose to be the same.

Maybe try switching the applesauce for raw fruit occasionally, apple slices with yogurt dip or a banana, berries, grapes. And add some veggies with some low fat ranch. I was diagnosed with celiac at the age of 2 and have read labels all my life... If you NEED to eat gluten free, it just becomes a way of life. :-)

Sounds like you overcooked them... I love Betty Crocker Brownies, My husband does too. I use eggs and melted butter. They are very moist and fudgelike.

I would suggest iron testing too.. Red meat has quite a bit of iron. If you cut that out you might not be getting enough. My doctor suggest slow fe as a daily iron supplement when I'm pregnant. I know several veggies are high in iron too....
