I'm on day 13 also... It's a very hard workout!!! I'm amazed I'm stilll participating. I take lots of breaks still and modify occasionally but am getting so much stronger!!! I love it for that. :-)

Some... I just finished day 13. I'll report in after day 15.

Day 13 done!! (Day 6 on level 2). :-) I still use the 2 lb. Weights.... This level is too hard for the 5 lb. Yet...

Day 12 done!! (5th day on level 2). I really pushed myself today and kept my hr close to 150!!

I was having this same problem doing the shred. I gained and stalled for two weeks. I upped my calories and am loosing again.

I've heard trouble zones and ripped in 30 are good.. I might do the shred again since I'm not super great at it! :-)

I like the heartland brand at Walmart it is a combination of both.

Did day 8 today. I take Sat and Sun off and do it five days a week. I switched to level 2 today and enjoyed it so mch more!!

Day 8 done!! Tried level two today... Much more fun!! Now I know why its everyones favorite. :-) still very difficult, but I managed to keep up with Anita.

I was only going 3 mph... Of that's too fast, I probably shouldn't jog at all!!

I had similar issues with week 4 I do mine on the treadmill and actually had to.stop running to go to the bathroom. It's very annoying.and unsettling. Makes me want to just speed walk....

Oh and the Sweet and Sour chicken was homemade, so was the chicken salad, stir fry cabbage, broccoli salad, chocolate chip cookies, and everything else like that. I just use the recipe builder and add it as a serving.

There is so much I didn't realize about eating clean. I thought Olive oil was a healthy fat, frozen veggies were as good as fresh, and didn't know hard cheeses were considered processed!! :-) Thanks for the input. I really appreciate it!!

I thinks that's the problem... I read people say they started eating cleaner and it helped them loose more consistently, but I quess I don't really know their definition of clean either. I am gluten free due to having celiac and don't eat a lot of boxed or packaged foods, but sometimes I fall into the convenience trap of…

Attempted week 3 again today, after failing week 4 Monday. Still ended up walking the last part of the jog. Isy have to switch to speed walking instead of jogging as I am really struggling with jogging and doing the shred.

Day 7 done... If we are not suppose to switch until its easy, I think I'll be on level 1 the whole time!!! I'm still struggling through half the cardio and abs!!
