Yes! I too love her website. The great thing about it is the recipes are really healthier versions of the tasty treats. I've made a couple of her recipes. My daughter and I love her chocolate chipe cookie dough truffles, covered in her chocolate butter. YuM!

She (Chocolate covered Katie) has great recipes. She also has one for Chocolate cookie dough truffles, made with Garbanzo beans. They are quite good!

I have this same problem, anything over 8 miles or so. My stomach is also really sensitive during, so that I cannot drink much at a time. At water stops I have a few small swallows and am on my merry way. I have also even heaved/physically vomitted after shorter runs (5k's) when I've really pushed myself. Thanks for asking…
