Question for runners...
I am training for a half-marathon in mid May. I've done few long runs, my longest was 8 miles yesterday. I'm slow, eight miles took 94 minutes. Question for runners
How cold is TOO cold to run outside for you? I dread the treadmill, and much prefer outdoor trail running. Somedays, I just can't get myself out in the chilly Minnesota winter. So if you also prefer an outdoor run, what is your rock bottom tempwise?

Running NSV today
Today I had an opportunity to spend 1 1/2 hours doing whatever I chose. I decided I would run 3.1 miles - a 5K. I've run many 5Ks in the past, but not since I had put on the extra weight. hurt so good..
Does anyone else enjoy the feeling of muscle soreness after a good workout? I just started lifting weights again this week, as I just signed up on here. Man, do I hurt! After my chest workout, it was nearly impossible for me to reach around and hook my bra-strap, for 3 full days! :smile:
