My go to choices: yummy life pork carnitas, nom nom paleo slow cooker chicken & gravy, paleomg meat sauce. I make a big batch of one of these on Sunday and use them for meals all week. Just add to veggies and for a great meal anytime. Add a carb too if you like.

I use unsweeted coconut flakes. The recipe makes 2 - 1 cup jars. I buy big bags of almonds, and the coconut flakes in bulk. I can make a 1 cup/8oz jar for around $2 to $3 jars.

Almond Butter is easy to make with a food processor. I use 2 cups almonds, (one cup is roasted, salted, and one cup raw), & I add 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut. Process it for 10 minutes or so, stopping often to scrape down sides. It seems like it will never work, but eventually it does get to a perfect consistency. This…

Intervals are WAY more challenging than regular runs, IMO. Even though interval workouts are usually shorter, they are still very good for you & a great workout. Just like with longer slower runs, intervals do get easier with practice. I suggest doing them once a week. I hated them at first too, but now I actually look…

One guy was running along on the treadmill, when a stray balance ball somehow got loose from someone and got wedged in the back/track of the working treadmill, stopping it instantly.
