I'll add cinnamon to my apple pie a la mode shake that I got out of the Eating For life book.
I believe it is:
6 ounces of apple juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon, divided
1 scoop of vanilla whey protein
2 tbsp fat free, or light whipping cream.
about 6 ice cubes
Blend protein, apple juice ice cubes, and 1/4 tsp cinnamon, then top with whip cream, and sprinkle with the other 1/4 tsp cinnamon.0 -

I usually stick to simple fruit combos--
Yesterday was
~1 frozen peach (slices)
~5 or 6 frozen strawberries
1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (maybe 1/4 c...?)
1/2 c. unsweetened almond milk,
6~10 ice cubes
The bottom three ingredients stay consistent, and then I put whatever on top.One of my favorites was frozen peach slices + 1/4 or 1/2 c. cubed pineapple. Also, I did frozen raspberries, strawberries and blueberries with a teaspoon of cocoa powder once, and it was good! I've been wanting to experiment with PB recently, but I don't know how much will suffice.

1 cup unsweetened almond milk, frozen pineapple chunks, frozen mango chunks, scoop of my protein powder - blend. (Lots of sugar from the fruit, but I don't mind.) Less sugar if you use frozen mixed berries and a little stevia. I never use ice cuz I don't like stuff watered down - I always use frozen fruit.0

1 scoop chocolate whey protein; 1 tbsp of peanut butter (YUM); and 1 cup of frozen mixed berries....a little water/ice and good to go. super delicious and simple.
I occasionally will switch it up and buy frozen mangos or frozen tropical fruit. and occasionally toss in a half a banana.0 -
I recently started to add just a tablespoon of cocoa powder to any chocolate protein concoction. Very delish and doesn't add calories - just a deep chocolate flavor and color.
I do this too!0
