According to MFP my BMR is 1400 and the recommendation is 1200. I try to stay under 1200 but I don't sweat it if I go a little over. I exercise a lot so if I go a little over I don't feel guilty.

Do HRM give you a calorie count? The reason I ask is because the cardio machines at the gym show you your heart rate as well. I usually try to keep it between 127-147. How do you figure out how many calories you burned by your heart rate?

My advise...if you have a copy of the paper, turn it in as well and explain to the teacher the next day what happened. Tell the teacher that you didn't feel comfortable being graded on something that you had no input on and ask if she can grade the papers seperately

Be careful. Potassium is one of those electrolytes that in high amounts can be very harmful and the window of what is in "normal window is very small. Too high you can get heart arrhythmia, too low you could have a heart attack. Don't try to supplement it yourself. See your doctor.

I think it's just as good. resistant bands are just as good as weights. If it gets too easy, shorten the band, That provided more resistance which is the same as increasing the weight in the gym

Check your heartrate. The higher the heart rate, the more calories you are burning. Usually the more resistance i.e. incline the higher your heart rate, the more calories burned.
