I wouldn't worry about getting to that number. That's the absolute most sodium you should eat and most processed foods are way above that number. Sodium makes you retain water which will hinder your weight loss.

I've never been told I wasn't good looking. I have had that immortal "You have such a pretty face. You'd be sooooo much prettier if you just lost a little weight." Keep working on it. Add a few more calories. Also get a fat analysis. It will tell you you're fat percentage. Go by those numbers, not the numbers on the scale. Well The whole thing with the "starvation mode" is if you aren't eating enough calories, your metabolism slows down and you don't burn as much fat. She is actually eating enough calories (1300). I'm 5'5". I'm looking to get down to 120. You have to get down to whatever weight feels good for you. Everybody's different. We have different bone structures. What may be an ideal weight for one person may make someone of the same height look like a walking skeleton.
