  • You're most like gaining muscle which is good because you start to burn more calories and fat. So try not to let that discourage you. Muscle just ways more. Try tracking yourself by measuring inches instead of just weight. Especially since you can physically notice the change.
  • Have you tried the fitness Marshall on YouTube. Hes amazing and makes cardio feel like nothing yet you're always sore later. I just restarted I'm 7 days in.

  • My fitness pal has my plan at around 1300 calories. Restarting after 2 years and I'm really trying not to give up this time around on the scale I'm the biggest I've ever been also need so new friends in the community with recipes. 😂
  • I'm definitely dying but I can't stay this size and i figure if it doesn't kill me it'll discipline the hell out of me. Hip hop abs is good too. It's like a hardcore version of zumba. My mom brought that one but she won't do it unless I do it with her. Haha probably a reason I quit insanity before. I can't do two at once.
