I was always a BIG sweet tea fan before I started dieting. I now only drink water or Gold Peak Diet Tea. It doesn't have that "diet" taste and it has 0 calories. Yummm

I was about 100 calories under my daily goal, which is awesome! And on top of that...I didn't have that horrible "I'm starving" feeling all day. I also went 5 minutes over my original goal for the elliptical tonight(it may only be 5 minutes, but extra calories burned is a big plus)

I like the Fage brand. My grocery store doesn't have a good mixture of flavors, so I head to Target for it. It is quite delicious :)

They are basically bags that you can put anything in (potatoes, veggies, meats etc) and it steams it for you. I take my chicken breast and veggies, pop in the microwave for 3 minutes and my lunch is all done! The chicken comes out nice and moist.
