Hi Everyone!
So I am very excited because I finally broke through my plateau today with a 2lb lose and I decided to take a photo and compare it to one of last year at the same time(about a month before I started MFP). Looking at these pictures makes me so happy because I know I have truly made a life change and will never go back to being the person that puts on a smile even though I was miserable. Thank you everyone on here for so diligently posting your own success stories and encouraging me the past year. I still have a little bit more to go but I am the happiest I have ever been with my body and that is a big step for me! Well here you go!
