I found it was easier to eat as I did then as I was logging I realized how bad my choices were and I naturally changed. Make the most our of each meal. Maybe a trip to see your doc is in order. Might be a thyroid issue. Make an appointment to have some tests run. I know gaining while limiting calories and moving is frustrating so there has to be something more. Good luck. please do not give up.

must be something with the phase of the moon. I have been doing the same thing eating everything in sight the past few days. My day starts great, but by the afternoon and evening it is a free for all. Keep logging and try to resist. It is hard. i feel you!
