What CHRISTIAN music do you work out with?
I am feeling very limited in my music selection. I love the revised Good Morning by Mandisa A few by Mercy Me Shake and Move There are others, but I am not sure the names now and I am not looking at my play list. I would love suggestions! I am doing the k-love 30 day challenge so I need a better play list!

plateau is getting me down need help!
Talking to my husband this morning about my frustrations with my plateau. We are thinking I should either up my calories for a week to 1800, I am on a daily 1430. I have been weighing in on Fridays. I am thinking of switching to Wednesdays.
