Talking to my husband this morning about my frustrations with my plateau. We are thinking I should either up my calories for a week to 1800, I am on a daily 1430. Or do a week of maintenance and then go back to the 1.5 a week. Thoughts?? I really need to break this plateau!
I started this Journey in August 2011 and I have done rather well. Now it is getting tough and I still have 60 -70 pounds to go.

I'm sure the most popular answer will be: you are losing weight, be patient, keep doing what your doing.
But that aside:
I'm not sure what your stats are, but are you currently at TDEE - 20%? If not, I would try that. Nothing really works for a week. Anything you change should be for at least 2 weeks. You wrote in your profile you like cardio, have you through about simple strength training with resistance bands, squats, sit-ups, push-ups and the like? It might give you some tightening and toning to inspire you to keep on with your current diet.
Also, you could try switching up your macros. This has worked for me. I lowered my carbs and upped my protein for the past 3 weeks. This has kept me fuller for longer and I'm starting to see differences in the amount of fat on my body. (I'm not really going by the scale - I want to lose mainly fat, not weight in general.
As I said, I think most people will ask to look at your diary, and/or tell you to just be patient. I know, it's annoying to hear!!0
