I logged everyday for 770 days. I had nothing to show for it. I took a break and did not log I am back and I am not going to be fat forever. Honest logging. I will go over today I know it, but it happens 80/20 moderation. Thinking the dreadmill is calling my name :)

I never ate them growing up, but one day I had them roasted and they were amazing. Try it. I cut mine in 1/2 or 1/4 with some potatoes. Drisil with olive oil and roast till crispy. They become sweet and crunchy.

I have a fit bit, but I do not wear it when I take classes (insanity, zumba) I also do not use it when I bike. I have a cat eye on my bike so I know the average mh I rode and put it in that way. I am 41 and have 80 or so to go. I have been on a plateau and on the up swing for 6 months, but I am still logging daily. I get in a walk every day and try to do a variety of work outs every week. Watch for my daily challenges! Add me if you want :)

I did day 7 today. 80 Squats. Not so bad. I am afraid of the 200 squats. Do you do them all at once or throughout the day? Thus far I have done them all in one session. Happy when I complete them :)

Hey there, I just watched the getting started clip JE live fit. Looks good, but I do not have a gym membership. Is it possible to do this without one? I have weights at home, but they are lighter. I am still doing research :)
