Don't know if this has already been said but GET. A. GRIP you've been together 5 months, you've kicked him out twice. Doesn't sound like a lasting relationship

Your "about me" says that you've tried many of the fads, it also says you have learned it is a lifestyle change but 2 years in you're still after the quick fix fad. Try the healthy eating and exercise. Eat your calories :flowerforyou:

According to http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ your TDEE if you are sedentary is 1906, it is recommended you add at least an extra 300 calories above this for breast feeding so the MINIMUM you should be eating at the moment is 2206. Hope this helps :flowerforyou: Urgh, zombie thread!

Wow! Possibly the oldest zombie thread I've ever seen

There are LOADS of us, if you had searched this topic you'd find many threads that are the same, there's even a group http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/167-team-uk :flowerforyou:

Change your activity level to incorporate your exercise, then log it as 1 calorie burned. Problem solved :flowerforyou:
-
I imagine it's very easy to get above that, especially if you add alcohol

We leave our turkey to defrost out of the fridge for 12-24 hours, I've done this every year, I'm not dead

This actually sounds a little on the low side to me, as a 296lb 44 year old woman your BMR is typically around 2000 calories depending on your height :flowerforyou:

Leave them to it, it's their life, their choice. Love them for who they are. When they see the changes in you it might motivate them to change themselves but you can't force people to be who you want them to be :flowerforyou:

The ONLY way to physically shrink your stomach is with surgery ETA:Myth 1: Your stomach will shrink if you eat less. FACT: The only way to physically shrink your stomach is through surgical procedures. Your stomach expands to accommodate the amount of food that you eat and goes back to its original size once the food…

I wouldn't even know where to start :noway:

You're not eating enough :flowerforyou:

I think I'm on 2600 calories and 45 carbs, 30 fat, 25 protein

I had my son when I was 21, I've loved it so much I waited until he was nearly 13 to start all over again with my second :noway: (due January) I'd have happily done it sooner, I always wanted 4 with a 2 year gap but it never happened like that. I don't feel like I have missed out on any freedom, just hope I don't get the…

I do, it's not a secret, I also, sometimes, drink regular soda  :noway: guess what? I'm not dead and it hasn't affected my weight loss. Everything in moderation  :flowerforyou:

It depends on what you entered, if you set yourself as having a desk job then yes, if you included your activity level then no. Without knowing your stats and what you entered I could tell you :flowerforyou:

Any time I see a sentence start with "On Dr Oz" my brain switches off and I can't read any more :ohwell:

Well done, great transformation :flowerforyou:

I used my TDEE and cut 20% to start with and then 10% when I had lost a bit of weight. I entered my stats here: http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ and followed that (you can manually change your settings on here at http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/change_goals_custom ) I found I was an activity level higher…

Thanks everyone

Well done, you look great :drinker:

Nothing, in fact I probably eat more junk than I used to, just got better at fitting things in to my calorie goal
-
I'm not sure if anyone actually read what you were saying. If your BMR is 2100 you shouldn't be eating less than this, men shouldn't really go below 1800. Even with the meds you are taking there is a HUGE deficit and it's not healthy or sustainable.

Actually it didn't have a "tone" at all, it was a block of text, a response. You inferred the tone therefore you must have come into this conversation expecting snide remarks. Good luck with what you are trying to achieve :flowerforyou:

So pretty much only tell you what you want to hear? Many people have been here a long time and have a great deal of experience and get to read the same topics on these boards over and over again, always with the same outcome. They are trying to save you time and money. No-one needs to juice cleanse, eat the fruit and…

Yeah, this. I have no idea what a "trigger food" is, and there aren't any excuses for my starting weight, just too much food and wine and not enough movement :flowerforyou:
