weigh and log everything is a good start. your diary is empty

She said there is only so much protein your body can process in one go and unless you are a body builder/ athlete eating high protein puts a strain on your liver and kidneys, because my liver is already damaged it is finding it harder to process the protein I am eating. This advice came from a registered dietician. thanks

Thanks for your replies.

This! I think Domino's has a nutrition builder. Google it because I seem to remember having trouble finding it off their website before :)

800 calories is definitely not enough for a breastfeeding mother. You need more than double that. Are you sure you are surviving off that amount? Do you weigh and log absolutely everything you eat and drink? if that's true you definitely need to eat more

1162. Logged on holidays, in surgery, during labour with DD etc.

You do realise you are replying to an ADULT who is fully aware of the implications of smoking. How patronising and rude

Way I see it is, if you're not planning on *allegedly" murdering a child there, there is no problem with the house. You can't help actions that went before and you have every opportunity to make it a happy place
-
Something will have happened in most houses (apart from brand new ones) Are you going to check the history of every house you look at?
-
If you open your diary we may be able to see what you're missing
-
As long as you are reaching your calorie goal it makes no difference when you eat

You're not likely to put all the weight back on it 4 days. My nights out usually involve around 3000 calories of alcohol on top of my usual food intake and sometimes a greasy takeaway. I can gain up to 10lb overnight but it disappears after a couple of days. Have fun!
-
I haven't

Cut into slices with slices of butternut squash, spray with oil then roast. I serve mine with tuna (but I have strange tastes  )

Day 2 done... in 3 parts... I don't know how much longer I'll be able to go on. I think I need to heal first
-
You posted something very similar a couple of days ago and pretty much EVERYONE told you it was a bad idea, why do you think the replies would be any different today??
-
Day 1 done, and I can tell you it's not much fun with a bruised coccyx :grumble:
-
Yeah came to say it's not worth the strike

More information is needed. An open diary would be good. If you're not losing weight you are not creating a calorie deficit regardless of whether you eat low carb or not
-
What? No cauliflower??

I was 21. It was around 1.40pm here when the first plane hit. I was sat in my friend's house with my 7 month old son watching it all unfold. Even now that footage sends a chill down my spine, all those poor people who lost their lives, all those poor families who were affected by this terrible tragedy. A poster above said…

A man who eats less than 1500 calories a day telling everyone else they're making bad choices? Yeah, good luck with that :noway:
-
River Phoenix and then Kurt Cobain...can you see a pattern emerging here
-
Not necessarily. Calorie deficit for weight loss. You want to do something that is sustainable for life. Don't cut out anything that you will want to eat again. My diary is full of junk, hasn't stopped the weight loss :flowerforyou:

Ooh, must find these! Only ever seen the milk or white chocolate ones
-
I have had so many this year that I'm completely over them. You can get better chocolate for the same nutrition/less money (they are relatively expensive in the U.K)
-
What does the database give you for 60mins of walking 2.5mph? I'd probably take about 3/4 of that number
-
Can't believe this is still going when op deactivated after one post
-
I wouldn't deduct anything, do you think you will want to eat again today? Just eat what you normally would, I can't see a few calories making any difference. Just make sure to have plenty of fluids :flowerforyou:
