It does

I'm glad I wasn't the only one

The search function would probably have answered this 5000 times over for you, some log it as circuit training, others as aerobics. I'd try "search" and see what pops up :flowerforyou:

You know it could be wrong? Some people enter wildly inaccurate guesses

N.W England here and I say pants for trousers, underwear is underwear

Agreed! Instead of giving advice privately, that the person can choose to pay attention to, why not write a topic in a public forum ? :noway:

Yeah, this. My diary is open and we have a similar calorie goal but it is full of junk (today especially) hasn't stopped the number on the ticker keep moving :flowerforyou: :drinker:

I gave myself 1000 calories for being in labour, probably burned a lot more as I turned into some sort of psycho possessed woman near the end

I don't know anybody who has a joint Facebook account, even my technophobe dad has his own page that my mum has to log him into when he wants to see what his friends are up to

Back in 2011 I discovered the magic formula for weight loss and improved muscle tone. Normally I'd charge £99.99 plus shipping & handling for this ancient secret, which I just rediscovered by accident (and which doctors don't want you to know etc.) but because I like this web site I'll post the secret here absolutely free.…

^^I think a few more people should try this

Started my last pregnancy at 180lbs ended at 215 (the morning before AND the morning AFTER I gave birth :explode: ) Dropped 25lbs by my first weigh in a couple of weeks later. As long as you are eating at MAINTENANCE plus whatever extra calories you need for the trimester you're in it you shouldn't gain drastic amounts of…

I weigh the meat with the bone in then weight the bone and anything remaining when I have finished eating then subtract the two and log the amount of lamb I have eaten

990, since the day I found the site. Logged in every day, during foreign holidays, in hospital needing a lumbar puncture, during labour and 15 minutes after giving birth :drinker:

Probably not the best of first posts :noway:

I've looked over a few weeks and can only find empty entries/half filled days. Can you tell me where your accurately logged days are? And unless you are weighing your food you really can't accurately count your calories, you can guess, but if you're not losing weight I'd say you are guessing wrong :flowerforyou:
-
If you were doing your 2 jobs before you started on your weight loss they should be part of your daily activity NOT added exercise. Useful information would be age, height, an open diary. Are you weighing and accurately logging all your food?
-
I don't think you're overcomplicating things OP, MFP sets the protein goals very low, a lot of MFPers recommend a set up of 40% carbs, 30% fat, 30% protein, these are the only macros I track. I do agree with reading the sexypants link :drinker:
-
I'm guessing the "difference in my muscle tone" would be a loss of muscle eating so few calories, there is no way on earth you're building muscle eating so little :flowerforyou: Read this: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1080242-a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants

Why would you no longer be attracted to them if they are the same as they were before YOU lost the weight? Doesn't make sense
-
Your diary has missing meals, solids weighed as cups and generic entries. There is no way of knowing how many calories you are actually eating if you don't at least try to log accurately :flowerforyou:
-
I log in and keep my diary but that's just habit, I just go and enjoy myself, there's no way I'm going to put the 80-odd lbs back on over that time, at most I usually come back with a 5lb gain, which in the grand scheme of things is nothing at all

I probably should have read the whole thing but I saw: The UK equivalent of Dr Oz. So I didn't read :ohwell:

A cheap digital one of eBay, cost me £5 and works fine

It's only complicated if you make it complicated. You freely admit you don't weigh your food or log accurately (can't see the point of using a food diary if you're just eyeballing) but you think the least complicated thing would be to come off the pill?? There are thousands f us here who find the 30 seconds per meal it…

*facepalm*

Bolded it for you OP, you seem to have missed it a couple of times :flowerforyou:

I think her food diary explains this :noway:
