Calories consumed when you've been sick?

Sorry, I know this isn't the most pleasing thought, but unsure what to log.
I had porridge about 6.30am, then a gluten free brownie and tea at 10.45am, with my lunch of a cup of soup and fruit snacks at about 12.45pm ... come 1.15pm I'd been sick and it was most definitely lunch and the brownie, but I'm unsure whether I still log it all, half of it, none of it etc?

If you're ill I wouldn't even concern myself about logging. If you aren't eating normal amounts and/or getting sick it doesn't really matter. Rest and take care of yourself and when you're better start logging again.0

Everyone is sick this morning.
Well, you ate it, so I'd log it. Hard to say how much got through, many calories were absorbed, so if you get better, I'd do it like exercise and eat half back.
I'm always saying, "You can't uneat food," but I guess, maybe, you did, lol.
Get well soon!0 -
Honestly, I wouldn't stress out about it too much. Focus on getting better.0

I log it as the whole calorie content because the body absorbs calories pretty fast! Better to go over than under in terms of logging.0

Are you actually hungry again? Frankly, I wouldn't worry much about it, either way. If you aren't hungry, odds are you aren't going to overeat today. If you are hungry, log half the calories and try eating again. I'd be more worried about being sick than worrying about how many calories I actually digested in a single day, but that might just be me.0

I assume you mean what to deduct when you get sick and it doesn't stay down. I had the food poisoning or something similar last Monday. I logged what I put in, and didn't deduct anything. You never know how much of it is still in there. In the grand scheme of things I don't change the way I eat tomorrow if I went over (or under) calories today. So I don't worry about it.0

I wouldn't deduct anything, do you think you will want to eat again today? Just eat what you normally would, I can't see a few calories making any difference. Just make sure to have plenty of fluids :flowerforyou:0
