Good for you! Your tougher than I am. I can never say no to a pot luck:blushing:

Cardio cardio cardio is the only way to burn fat. I gained 50 pounds with my pregnancy and it took me 9 months to lose it all but I still have my "mommy pouch" and I think I always will. :ohwell:

I used to have the obsession but not anymore. I would get too frustrated if I was 1/2 a pound heavier from one day to the next. So I only weigh myself once a week now. Obviously I haven't weighed myself this week at all since my ticker hasn't changed at all. I'll either weigh in tomorrow or Saturday. Depending on how…

That's fantastic! Keep up the good work!

I was in the same boat after I had my baby. I opted to buy a treadmill at home and I'm SO glad I did. I spent $300 on one at Walmart and its fantastic. It put 30+ miles a week on it and its help up great!

Drink some juice maybe? Or eat some pizza!

That's fantastic! I work in an office and there always seems to be some sort of goodies in the break room.

Welcome aboard! I have yet to lose any weight but I have also yet to weigh myself  I love the food journal - it really does make counting calories a snap.

Tonight is brown rice, baked Talapia and green beans.

My brother has it but hasn't used it ONCE. So I might "borrow" them from him to check it out. I've heard nothing but good about the program!
-
I did 4.5 miles of speedwork today. Keep up the good work ladies!

I have 1200 left over from yesterday. I didn't skip any meals either. I'm a running fool so I'm suppose to consume more calories but I already feel like I eat non stop. KWIM?

I agree with all the pp. Slow and steady wins the race. Start by using this website to track all your foods and activity and it gives you a handy dandy little report at the end of the day. :)

4 pounds is a great loss. Keep up the good work.

Good for you! I try to do an hour every morning before work but it doesn't always work out that way....depends on if baby wakes up or not....

-
Yay for runners! I'm training for another half right now so today was only 3 miles. Yesterday was 8.

I'm glad that I'm not the only one. The only time I do good on the weekends is when I plan out exactly what I'm going to eat on an Excel spreadsheet, print it out and hang it on the fridge. I'm lost without it. I had another horrilbe weekend because I didn't have anything planned out. Thank goodness for Monday!

I totally just changed my username! I'm now RunningSteph!
