Mine still isn't here. I go back to work on Monday from maternity leave and I'm hoping to start it before then. Anyone tell me what the eating portion consists of?

It is totally normal to be sore, especially if your just starting out. Good job on such a great workout. I would take a day off, that is generally why exercise programs fail, people start out doing to much then just get worn out.

I ran for an hour on the treadmill this morning and will be going to the gym at lunch for some more cardio.

Today I did a 45 minute tempo run. I'm going to the gym at lunch to strength train as well.

I personally did not like mine AT ALL. It was fun but there was no resistance on it and I never broke a sweat. They may have made some improvements to them, mine was one of the original ones....

I used to take Effexor but it was just too expensive for my blood anymore so I asked the doc if I could try something a little more affordable and he put me on a generic form of Prozac. A really small dose too, I think they're 10 mg and I would go crazy without them.

My breakfast after my cardio is always the same - 1 piece of whole wheat toast, 1 slice of low fat cheese and 1 fried egg. I'm training for a half marathon in August. Today was a 4 miler. I also went to the gym at lunch and did 30 minutes on the elliptical.

I would say a combo also. Remeber to stay within your heart rate zone.

I have my alarm clock across the room that way I have to get out of bed to turn it off. Once I actually get up out of bed then I'm up for good.

I got my P90X in the mail yesterday. I ordered it off Amazon for $60 which is awesome BUT it didn't come with the book. Can someone tell me what discs I'm supposed to do for the lean program and for how long, etc??? Thanks in advance. :wink:

I love my Polar HRM, especially because the cardio equipment at the gym reads it.
