For me it's a number for the first goal.

And that's only because it's officially the highest weight I should be at to be no longer considered overweight according to my BMI.

After that it will be based on how I feel.

Right now, it's a number on the scale. I want to get into the healthy weight BMI - I will be off by 1 lb at my current goal in MFP. Then it will be based on how I feel - energy and health wise. I want to be fit and active and feel good! Being sexay wouldn't hurt either :smokin:

you fit into the clothes you want to wear (that you already own!)
  • When I can fit back into all the nice clothes I bought seven years ago when I maxed out my credit card! (Although I am proud to say I no longer use a credit card)

When I look strong and healthy. I was 142 pounds and I want to be 132. The 10 lb is on my hips! I call them Mickey Mouse Ears. Right now I'm 135 and very happy, because after starting to work out on a regular basis with the WII Actice, I look better than I thought I will be! After 3 kids, you know....I'm glad I don't look "skinny". I'm going for "lean".

For me I think it's a combination of things. I want to see the scale move to a certain extent. Plus, I want to be toned and healthier feeling (and looking). Oh and "sexy" works for me too!

I want to get my body fat down to 22% ... I don't care what the scale says as long as it's "healthy" by then.

    bikini!

it was hard for me to make my ticker because I don't really know what that goal weight is...but I think I'll be very happy with myself at 165, so that's where I'm aiming. But hey- if I'm lookin' great at 173, whatever, that's victory day!!
