I've always had a lesser talked about body image issue which is that I've always looked in the mirror and saw someone far more attractive than whats really there. I use YouTube ALOT for video ideas and guides. I started off investing in some dumbells myself. Lots of great body weight exercises out there though. Just google and YouTube away and you'll easily find a ton to create your own routine! good luck and best wishes!

developing a routine. I get out of bed every am and before I can think straight I'm in the gym. That way I have no time to talk myself out of it because the laundry needs folding, dishes need washed, floor needs hoovering ect. Then after I have a filling smoothie homemade with spinach, flax seed and some frozen berries…

I also have little post it notes outside and inside my fridge that say "Are you hungry or bored" and a big ole list of 'what to do instead of snacking' ideas posted to the fridge. :)

drink water until I"m so hypervolemic that I can't possible stomach the thought of eating something!

My gym is at home so pretty much nothing as I'm usually the only one there...unless someone interrupts me while exercising, especially about something trivial.

I don't usually but only because self control is not something I've gained just yet. The only times I"ve been successful at it is if my 'free meal' is at the end of the day. Otherwise, once I've ate something 'bad' I tend to go down hill from there. I think it's a good thing if you can keep it to only one meal a week though

I do my own version of Paleo/Primal. I stick to meat and veggies mostly but I do allow myself dairy and fruit with moderation. I no longer eat breads, pasta, rice, processed foods, sugary foods ect. Sometimes you have to modify to get something that you can stick with for the rest of your life. After all, no matter what…

When you fee stressed or sad, tell yourself you can have a snack but ONLY after you walk a mile and have a giant glass of water...the water and exercise will help with sadness/stress and chances are after the walk/water you won't even feel the need for food.
