NIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICE. I love the color green. Don't harrass it. Well, some shades of green. Not all green. Some greens are horrible.

I fart constantly during yoga... so naked yoga in a crowded room is probably not something I should do. Although, maybe I will because the whole thing sounds ridiculous and gross to me anyway. Why not bring a little irony to the situation?

Incorrect.

Sounds like me and my partner! Where do we sign-up?!
-
It happens... and I don't want to complain about getting hit on because, let's face it, it's flattering. But I HATE being hit on at the gym. I get that there's a certain sexuality to the place and obviously the hormones (and pheremones) are flying... and, of course, there's the fact that you obviously have something in…

CONGRATULATIONS!!

I think it might be more important to learn how to let loose/have fun comfortably without alcohol, than trying to find ways to make alcohol more healthy. Most of us have certain things that make us nervous... but when you're sacrificing your health (and it's not just about calories, when it comes to the damage alcohol does…

Omar! Hehehe And Mimi is hilarious... especially in that one workout (3? 4?) where she's doing the Good Mornings.
-
I would say add me, except I'm in the same boat (I've been stuck between 181-185 for about 6 weeks or more).

Book shelves and some artwork/decorations/candles type things.

Sobe Life Water (although it does have some sodium) and Vitamin Water Zero.

Who is that? o.O
-
^Exactly. If he's making inappropriate comments like that to you (coupled with the dismissive way he spoke to that other co-worker), he's probably doing the same with a lot of other people.
-
This was a co-worker? A non-friend co-worker? I would seriously report that comment to HR. It might sound like an over-reaction, but it's not. Those kinds of comments should NOT be made by anyone, to anyone - the workplace environment is one place where we CAN control that... outside of work, if someone says it in a…

I call it Soda, but everyone around here (Chicago-area) calls it Pop.

^Ditto. =/

I always have a harder time with the odd # workouts than the evens

The weights kept falling off my lap... felt bad because I was working out in the early morning and I'm sure the downstairs neighbors did not appreciate the "THUMP... THUMP.... THUMP!" every time a weigh rolled off.

I found 9 to be tougher than 8 but not as tough as 7.... haven't done 10, yet.. but I am doing Cardio 3 for the first time today. Eeek!
-
Agree with the others - I started where I could and gradually got better. I still can't hold a boat pose... so I usually do hollow mans now when we're supposed to be doing boat. Lol
-
This is pretty much exactly my plan - except I'll be switching up from all of the workouts (maybe even 1&2 every now and then). I'm just going to try and focus more and more on perfect form + increasing the weights/resistance. It would also be nice to be able to get to a point where I'm doing all reps of the harder…

Zac Efron! :)

Yuck.

Yep - Workout 7 was a beast! My least favorite of the bunch, so far (I'm starting Phase 3 today... workouts 9 & 10..eek!)

w00t! Congrats! My partner and I (of 5+ years) finally got engaged in February... getting married next May!

I do think it was partially political, but I also think it's something he has been genuinely coming to terms with over the years. His hand might have been somewhat tipped by Biden's comments as well as comments made by the Secretary of Education in the week leading up to the announcement, but insiders also seem to think…
