I lift 4 days per week and do cardio 2 days per week (at least). 1 day reserved for total rest (unless I do something random, like hiking or playing a sport, which turns out to be 'exercise').

Gahh! This is a new problem for me.... so annoying! I never expected it to be something I would have to worry about. I think most guys who are naturally hairy but only start shaving after getting fit do it because it's easier to show off your cut body when there's nothing covering it. I do shave regularly (always have) - so I'll continue to do so after I get to my goal physique. *shrug*

I'm doing Jillian Michaels Body Revolution right now, which is actually why I've cut back on my cardio (trying to follow the program exactly). I'll definitely try to work on curbing the carbs and eating more protein... might have to add that shake, though.. I don't see any other way. I ate a TON of protein today and still…
