Just completed Workout 5 for the first time..... What. The. F@%K!? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! The crabs weren't so bad... but what's with those woodchoppers?! Did anyone else fall over while trying to do those?! I don't think I've got the balance/coordination for that move.

My mother actually has this problem - she will get up, go to the kitchen make herself food (literally make a sandwich or cook something in the microwave), eat it, and go back to bed. She doesn't remember any of it the next day. I'm pretty sure it's a valid psychological condition, like sleep walking.

I've been told the first workout should be the one you care about the most (the results you're most seeking) because your first workout will be your best one.
