^^^Agreed - if you're near goal weight, 1 lb per week is a lot. Might want to set it for 0.5 and be sure your activity level is set correctly as well.

Are you exercising? MFP is set up to assume that you will eat back your exercise calories as well... so if you go to the gym and burn 300 calories, you'll really be eating 1580 calories that day.

Are you eating back your exercise calories? MFP is designed to give you your minimum goal and then assumes that you'll be eating back whatever you burn.

I really wouldn't suggest doing Abs daily. You're not supposed to work the same muscle group daily (unless you're doing really light routines). I would say every other day is good - that allows one day of rest for your muscles to repair and recover (which, incidentally, is when the muscle "builds up").

I'm a guy and here as well... yo-yo weight loss and gain (plus a gastric bypass 10 years ago that led to rapid weight loss) has left me with lots of loose skin and stretch marks, etc. So I need it just as bad as anyone else! :)

Jillian's workouts are awesome! I've done quite a few of them (though not 30DS). I'm currently doing Body Revolution (her 90 day program) and love it. Great workout - good amount of cardio, great amount of strength training. As a guy, I would just suggest using heavier weights than they do in the videos... but her pace…
