Since January 24th of this year, I have lost 29 pounds. 250 starting. I'm currently at 221. :) And I'm loving the workout studio I go to!

i have my protein and carbs both at 35% and my fats at 30%. Make sure you eating healthier foods, lean meats, don't deep fry them.
