  • i like to mix a scoop of high protein/high fiber shake mix into my yogurt, coffee because i don't eat enough to get the amount of protein i should. it makes the food taste better too. cheap and effective. theres tons of recipes of things you can make from the shake mixes (ie smoothies)

  • i know when i play games that you can't tell how much calories you burn, i just use wii advance step, wii free run, or wii fit exercise and just enter the amount of time you played. it's not accurate on what you burned but it gives you more of an idea until mfp puts more games on the list.
