I totally understand this, I lost 80lbs and only went from a tight 40D to a loose 40C. So disappointing.

I think my diary should be visible now. I weigh/measure about 70% of my food which I make myself, the rest is a guess when I don't eat at home.

I love Subway, I'm totally okay with the calories in it, but I always have the veggie delite with olive oil.

I mix muesli, raw oatmeal, yoghurt, honey and cinnamon and leave it in the fridge over night, its AMAZING!

When I first moved here I gained 10kg just from eating all the fried street food and drinks with condensed milk in, I've completely cut those out. I love the Oishi honey lemon green teas from 7 eleven and they also have some nice sunflower seeds, YUMMM! oh and all the fruit carts in the street!

I'm near Bangkok! I think Som Tum is the best, i like the pork noodle soups and i only eat half of the noodles. tom yum is good too. I don't eat rice at all and I havent had a problem trying to find food here.

3 egg whites, 1 yolk, tomatoes, spring onion, kale and enokitake mushrooms fried in a few drops of coconut oil. DELICIOUS! and I am trying the banana pancake recipe on Sunday!
