It's been years and I still have about 10kg to go, but any progress is good progress.

Back again - 30lbs to go!
I've been on and off this site for about 6 years. I've always found it really useful and have lost around 80lbs but have been stuck for a few years now and keep losing and gaining the same 15lbs. I recently joined an amazing gym and am determined to lose the last 30lbs, I'm looking for people who are active on this site…

Foot injury and exercise
I've somehow hurt my foot, it's not too serious but it hurts slightly when I walk. I guess that running is totally out but I wanted to go to the gym and use the bike and elliptical as they wouldn't be so hard on my sore foot. I want to do squats too but it hurts when I put my own body weight on my foot so I don't really…

Facial difference -40kg
I have been maintaining at around 74kg for over 2 years now, I started at 114kg. My weight goes slightly up and now but I haven’t had a major loss for a while and I have found it very frustrating and I have been struggling with motivation for a while. I still have a lot of the problems I had when I was a lot bigger and…

Slimming Spa/Body Wraps?
So I have always been very skeptical when it comes to things like this, but I am close to my goal weight, only 8kg more to go, and I'm interested in trying out 5 sessions at a slimming spa using scrubs and body wraps. I don't expect to lose a massive amount of weight with this, just an inch or two and maybe tightening of…

NSV- Jean shorts!
Today I turned a pair of jeans into shorts because I'm going away to the beach on Monday. The last time I did that I was 251lbs, I am now 154lbs, so that's a 97lbs difference between shorts!

- 40kg
So I started at 114kg (in the picture on the left I was around 105kg) and I now weigh 74kg. This was my original goal, even though I never thought I would be able to lose 40kg. Even though I still have another 10kg or so of fat to lose I am now focusing almost entirely on increasing strength and lifting heavy, plus 3 or 4…

My food diary.
Please take a look at my food and exercise diary, I feel like I should be losing more weight, especially with the amount of exercise I do. I log my food and exercise in advance then go back and make changes so I would say it's about 99% accurate. I have lost 90lbs over 3 years, but have been stuck around 163-167 for the…

Close to goal.
So over the past 2.5 years I have lost 40kg, and now have only 10 more to go, but even though I run frequently, go to the gym and eat mostly healthy I am struggling to lose the last bit of weight. Does anyone have any tips on staying motivated at this point? Sometimes I feel like I've done enough and can just stay at this…

Lifting newbie
When using a barbell for squats, deadlifts etc. do you add in the bar's weight too? I only put 2x 5kg plates on today but the bar weighs 15kg on it's own, so for my own records should I put down 10kg or 25kg?

USN Diet Fuel
I've been reading up about USN Diet Fuel and am thinking of buying it, does anyone have any experience with this product?

Same t-shirt, 80lbs difference.
This used to be my favourite tight fitting band tshirt but it was so tight I had to wear a long slimming tank top under it. Now I wear it to the gym.

Frustrated
I've lost 80lbs over nearly 3 years and I have just 20 to go but at this point I am just so frustrated and am looking for advice. I eat between 1200-1600 calories a day and I joined a gym 4 months ago, before that I cycled and played badminton. I now go to the gym 5-6 days a week ( 60mins cardio + 40mins strength and…

High heels and weightloss.
This might be a stupid question but, does losing a significant amount of weight make wearing (very) high heels easier? When I was 250lbs I felt very unstable in heels and the balls of my feet hurt a lot, I guess from all the weight pushing down on then. So I'm wondering if I can expect heels to feel better now that I'm…

Realistic ONE MONTH progress???
I'm a female, 27 years old, 5'6", 180lbs, realistically what can I achieve (losing weight and gaining strength) in one month with cardio and strength training 5 times a week and healthy eating?? I'm not looking for a quick fix, just wondering what is possible in one month of very hard work, I will obviously carry on to my…

Final 25lbs.
I'm feeling motivated and optimistic again after a rough week. I'm down 71lbs so far and just want some advice/opinions on the final stretch. Is it possible to lose the last 25lbs in 4-5 weeks? 1500 calorie limit, 30 Day Shred and 30mins of cycling/circuit training every day?? I'm a female, 27 years old, 5'6'' and have…

Increasing upper body strength??
I am currently 185lbs and relatively fit (I work out for an hour every day). My problem is that I have absolutely no upper body strength, I struggle to do even one push up. What is the best way to improve upper body/arm strength?? I do not have access to a gym and my main form of exercise now is cycling, walking and yoga.

Reducing calories in no bake oat bars?
I do not have an oven so there aren't a lot of things I can make. I want to make these no bake oat bars and am looking for suggestions on how to make them a little bit healthier and reduce the amount of calories in them. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I worked these out to 120 calories a serving (recipe…
