Finally fitting into the smallest size of my adult life.
Starting weight 114kg,
.. somewhere between 70 and 74kg. I'd like to drop one more clothing size.

also has losing weight affected your tattoos much? I've been thinking of getting some but I'm wondering if it's better to get them after I hit my goal and start maintaining.1 -

I look like your before photo right now. It’s crazy how much my body looks like yours honestly. What you said here is reassuring me that I have the tools I need to get back to where I want to be. My calories are set at 1480 and I plan on exercising 3 times a week. Now to just stay with it for more than two weeks at a time.
Amazing transformation and your hard work has paid off!2 -

No it hasnt affected them at all but I think it would be diffefent if they were on my torso, instead of my arm and leg.0 -
Good Job! I started my journey on and off. I have no discipline. I am trying again and I think I am in the right frame of mind to get this done. Starting weight 6days ago 300.6. Today 294.2. I am praying to god to help me. I am a mess.4

can I ask you, did you lose the weight counting calories on MFP? did you lower carbs? or did you eat whatever you wanted within your allowance and lost the weight? did you work out?1 -
Great work! Can I ask how tall you are?1
