Sorry this is so late. I counted calories for a long time but dont anymore. I never cut out carbs or any food groups just ate everything in moderation and work out at least 5 times a week.

Hard to believe you were 114kg in your first pic. I'm about 90kg, and I feel like I look a lot worse than you did right now. Regardless, very nice work. Inspiring for the rest of us who can't seem to figure it out.
