I am 5'6" and I started at 251 and am now 185. Goal is around 155-160 depending on how I look and feel.

I used to use my Wii about 5 or 6 days a week and it was the only scale I used. I did aerobics, running, boxing, hula hooping and the obstacle course. I only stopped because I moved overseas and left it with my mother.

small breakfast (200 calories) big lunch (500 calories) Mostly because at work we are given free lunches. There are always 3 or 4 delicious Thai dishes to choose from, I skip the rice and have soup and 2 of the vegetable/meat/fish dishes. small dinner (250 calories) plus one or two snacks.

I have done the shred before but lose focus and stop somewhere around level 2 so I'm keen to give it another go. When is Day 1?

The first time I tried it I was 246 lbs and I was out of breath by the time the warm up started, it took me an hour to finish the whole thing with lots of breaks in between. It was really hard to start with but it got better the more weight I lost, last time I did it I weighed 202lbs and I could do it all the way through…

Organic Hot Oatmeal (blueberry is my favourite), 160 calories a sachet, just add boiling water. Special K red berries 1 cup (110calories) + 1/2 cup milk is pretty good also.

I am so in!!! My goal was to lose 20lbs by my birthday (4th Dec) and I have already lost about 4, so I am going to carry on aiming for that and if I don't make it then definitely 20 down by Christmas!

I'm going onto level 2 today and I am super nervous. In two weeks I have only lost 5lbs but I can see a difference in my tummy from photos. I'm a little disappointed that there hasn't been a bigger difference but I'm going to go until day 20 then take more photos.

I am Day 7 or 8, I can't remember right now without looking at my calendar. Anyway I am finding it a bit easier compared to the first few days even though I need to take one or two 5 second breaks. I've lost 5lbs so far and I will take measurements tomorrow.
