I usually have smoothie for lunch. I add 2 yogurts, milk and strawberries. It usually fills me up and I love it. If I need something extra I will have some fruit or graham crackers.

Only nerdy thing about me is that I LOVE Doctor Who. I have been watching it since I was 5. I even got my boyfriend into it. I have many Doctor Who costumes.

I'm in North Carolina and it is still only 21. Our pipes froze this morning. Of course I worked out last night and this morning and had to go to work with no shower.

I love my gym, especially the classes. Try finding a gym that has a trial membership or a few free day passes and see if you use it. If you have friends that are a member sometimes they get a few free day passes. I know my gym has an open house twice a year and everything is free.

I haven't given up anything. I feel that will just make me want it more. I eat and drink whatever I want just not all the time. I used to drink tons of soda and now I only alone myself a little bit on the weekend except for a little bit of ginger ale during the week.

My favorite pizza is the stuffed crust pizza from Pizza Hut. So many calories, its my treat when I make my next weight goal. For regular pizza I either work out more the day I know I'm going to have it or I try fill myself with healthier food beforehand and have less pizza.

I spend very little on food. I live with my parents and eat their food. But seriously when I move out I am planning on doing 1 big shopping trip a week to Target and then a mini trip once a week for fruit and milk. I feel that the less time I spend at the store the less I will buy.

I asked my nutritionist the same question. I eat tons of fruit and yogurt and always go over my sugar. She said that its natural sugar and your body processes it better. I've been eating lots of fruit and I've lost 20lbs.

My mom didn't give me enough of the sex talk. I didn't know what a *kitten* was until after college.

Why don't you just not have kids? Wouldn't that be a lot easier? We swear in front of our puppies and horses and there is never a problem.

F350 crew cab diesel powerstroke. I love the truck. Sometimes it is a pain to park since it is bigger than a normal truck. However its very pretty and hauls our trailer nicely.

Of course its not reversible that is why I had it done. Best decision I ever made. Now when people say I'm going to have children some day I can tell them that they are wrong since it can't physically happen.

I'm pretty sure I could resist that. That has got to be one of the grossest things I have ever seen. You couldn't pay me enough to eat that. EWWWWW!!!!!!
