your muscles really need replenishment after intense workouts, esp significant weight-lifting. get some good protein in w/in 30 minutes...I do a whey protein mix/shake that give me 20g of protein per scoop. if you're very hungry, up your calories 'til you feel satisfied and are still dropping.

in the past, i would've agreed, but PERSONALLY, I get a better day in if I keep my coffee mornings and load up lunch for my intense workouts...but my days are not the norm. just saying.

remember that "take with food" usu means a few crackers or almonds...I know the cravings are difficult, but it really is a sense we can overcome most of the time...really. keep yourself busy, esp at night...I stay right here, on my laptop. chocolate on the keyboard would be sticky! great that you're trying :flowerforyou:

sit down meals are horrid, but if you can opt to the outer ring seating you can serve yourself a plate and eat only what you allot and nobody's the wiser. also, stick to dish duty and that'll get you away from the table sooner. stay focused :tongue:
