hope you can get some yoga in...sometimes, for me, it's better than cardio.

agree with most every item . . . esp, train around you injuries. so of those last way too long to rest forever.

planks and walking squats always make me feel like I've put in a good burn :happy:

i second that.... esp until you are able to get in some kind of workout, even 20 minutes a day can change you energy and appetite :flowerforyou:

easily done IF you have a bit to lose....weight training is exceptional for that kind of drop Good workouts and have a vacation blast...

it's like the old saying....for every 1 negative you must express 5 positives. I approach my students and my children with this ideals and was indirectly able to love myself, as well. LOVE YOU first...

logging everything first thing really helps me keep my motivation high and usually prevents me from beating myself...where's there's room there's choice and I can usually do the right thing if I plan in advance. Keep logging :flowerforyou:

my 80-yr old mom...it's a mixture of encouragement and expectation. I'm the eldest and so was she and that is its own dynamic...thank goodness our relationship is so exceptional.

You will keep some of it...that said, eat clean and rehydrate. Perhaps your body won't realize that you're back :happy: glad you feel better...

for me it's about routine...I change things up often, but mostly I stick with intervals of some kind.

I only count yard work as exercise....and only because I can hardly move the next day.
