I agree about eating more filling in the morning...esp if you're going to bed hungry. You'll have more energy and burn more calories if you eat a real meal, at least add a couple egg whites and/or nuts. I often make a good-sized breakfast and half it for brunch....really works. Hydrate well.

Ohhh that would have mad it a real family brawl of a Christmas for me.......so so sorry. I got that all the time as a kid, naturally I'm STILL the only family member without Type II Diabetes! Hugs to you and your little guy :flowerforyou:

157.6 .... yeah! That scale speaks nicely now, but only bec' we weighed in before the big eats...ha ha ha :devil: just enough time before our next weigh-in to get it close to this number!

I agree about the group classes...it's so motivating with support that's fun and around others with the same goals. zumba, yoga, circuit training....just keep moving. It'll come :happy:

Count them all and multiply by 30....that usually gets me to around 200 of error when I log... VERY small "tastes" not really a bite, per se.

Congrats! I think when we continue to listen to our body(s) we'll be able to satisfy it without reverting back to old habits. I bet if you continue to plan and log you'll get it to become old hat and that'll help tremendously... WTG!

that 20lb bag of Jolly Ranchers are the death of me......I put them in my basket, stroll around the store, and leave them back on the shelf....Otherwise, they last frigging forever!

To be hypnotized...like in the Stir of Echoes movie with Kevin Bacon. I wouldn't even go see one of those Vegas shows for fear that I would fall under the spell and never come out of a nightmare.

exactly the same here! ouch, but it seems to completely change up my day...so much energy, love it.. 160.1 wish it were lower, but this week oughta change that :tongue:

really great week of workouts! Day 5 wasn't as pretty as yesterday, but I pulled thru it like so many here. feeling pretty great after such an awesome weigh-in... DROPPED 2lbs...here we go weekend, have a good one!

tremendous workout today...Day 3, L1 almost had me in the end, but I pulled it out however ugly! so much more energy today...was able to double up my exercise and I bet I'll sleep good tonight :happy:

I'm diligently logging every thing AHEAD of time...I'm planning everything and allow myself snacks and "goodies" BUT only where they fit. That way I don't feel like I'm denying myself holiday treats, just staying ahead of the game and in control.

Day 1 Level 1 I found yall friday, but didn't get back in time over the weekend. CW: 162.9 Had to forgo the weights just to get my form ... but I got thru the who shabang!

because I use my gazelle watching a full hour of what-ever it works perfectly for my purpose....to get in an additional, frosting on the cake, workout that most would ever consider....great bonus workout.
