I am a bread LOVE, but my body for some reason doesn't process carbs very well, It seems like I can't lose weight unless I go high protein, low carb. Must be the PCOS. I did find out something completely AMAZING. It is a high protein bread called P28. I usually have a piece of it a day. 14G's of protein and 130 calories in…

I am 5'3, typically eat about 1,200-1,300 calories a day. I don't eat my burns back and I also have PCOS which sometimes makes it even harder for people to lose weight. I have lost 30 lbs since January. Mostly with a high protein (150g a day) low carb diet. I allow 1 cheat meal a week and I go all out. :) I do think that…

Bump. I have PCOS and that is where most of my weight is also. Also have the same stretch maeks and c-section scar as you. I am 5'3 and started at 202! Will definitely be nice to sew some result pics. :)

Low carb, high protein (150g a day typically), staying active and trying to make every calorie count. I take Vitamin D and Chromium supplements but no Metformin. About 30 lbs down! :) It IS possible!

PCOS sucks! I have done pretty much every diet out there, even as far as doing the hcg diet. Nothing worked and pounds. kept returning. I basically changed up my diet to include HIGH protein, we're talking 150 grams a day, and 6 meals throughout the day. I cut sugar out of my diet completely and try to eat bread-type carbs…

A big later lunch always helps me be able to get through the day eating the 1200 calories. It definitely is hard to stick to, but very possible! :) YOU CAN DO IT!

Just push through, your body has got to get used to it. It's like shocking your muscles at first. I remember the first week being SO sore and then just finally it hurting less and less...I think I may have gotten used to it? LOL. I also did the elliptical for 30 minutes about 2-3 days a week. You can do it!!! :)

It only gets easier day by day. :) When I started I couldn't even do a normal push up, by level 3 I was doing them right with the girls. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!
