I am working on conquering PCOS and Hashimoto's disease (hypothyroidism). Since Jan 14th I have lost 26 lbs, which is a pretty big deal for someone who has a hard time losing weight. I wanted to say I am officially HALF WAY TO MY GOAL! :) Woo hoo!
I suffer from Hashimoto's disease as well as PCOS. I pushed through on 30 day shred with 1200 cal days, and was able to lose 9 lbs and about 7 inches. Not a HUGE difference in pictures, but I feel much stronger and better. Cheers to a new start, and getting fit for a wedding! Before: After
