Good info!!! I ordered the Insanity from that Beachbody.com... the P90X looked a little too confusing with weights, bands all other stuff.. the insanity just uses your own body. I did the fit test the other day and it was so HARD!!! It is no joke!!! I havent started the workouts... Im scared. :cry:

Go online and look up eatcleandiet.com The author's name is Tosca Reno. Today was my measurement check and weighin. In the past month, I have lost 11 lbs, 2 1/2 inches frm my waist, 2 inches from my hips!!! So exciting. I also feel a lot better......Let me know what you think::smile:

Eating Clean is all natural foods i.e. fruits, veggies, lean proteins. No chemically processed foods (white flour, sugar, splenda, sweet and low, equal) are out the door. There is a book by Tosca Reno called The Eat Clean Diet... phenominal. It isn't a diet, but a lifestyle commitment. :smile:

I use unsalted butter also. I love it. Remember, everything in moderation. I find it is better to use the "real stuff" than to fill my body with all those chemicals.

I love those La Tortilla wraps.. they low in carbs, high in fiber. I usually cut up half a banana, smear some peanut butter on it and call it yummy.

I had that happen and I was pregnant. By the ovulation calendar there was no way I should have gotten pregnant,, but I did. You can always take at OTC preg test.

For some reason or another, if I dont eat my exercise calories, my weight either stays the same or I gain. If I eat my exercise cals, it drops. I thought this was a fluke, but it happens time and time again. Not sure why.

GREAT call on the MP3 player being your guide to the interval training. Never thought of that. I flip through the dang thing looking for songs to "run" to. Thank you for that.
