NO, I feel the same way too! I talked to my husband about our grocery bill and he comforted me by saying that eat are eating healthy and clean, which costs more. Sad, that you can buy a ton of crap for a little bit of money that causes so many health problems down the road, but have to spend an arm and a leg for the good…

U burn some serious calories shoveling snow.... I did it for an hour and burned over 1000.. according to my HRM.

I know that I track my sodium because when I eat over my allotted amount (1700mg), I tend to not lose weight, my fingers swell and I cant get my wedding rings on!

I aim for 5 days a week/30-60 min a day. That seems to work for me.

I know you said that you are not considering the Mirena, but I had that put it right after my second son. It has been great! I hae had no problems with it and it has made my monthly cycle soooo light (panty liner only light)....... I just couldnt remember to take a pill everyday at the same time.

I am a Mof of two also! I fi nd that this has been the most helpful website yet!!!! I can eat everyday food and st ill succeed. I have lost 21lbs ..... hang in there. It took you time to put the pounds on, it is going to take time to get them off. Don't beat yourself up.

My HRM is way lower than the machines too. I was sad at first, but it is what it is.

I track my calories, fat, protein, fiber, carbs, sodium.... I tried tracking sugar, but I was over my allotted 25 grams by breakfast!

PPL say that they have regardless of the fact that they are a lousy dancer, it is fun. Personally, I am a lousy dancer and refuse to make a fool out of myself. The only accurate way to count those burned calories that I have found is wearing a Heart Rate Monitor (HRM)....

I go through periods where i throw all caution to the wind when something bad happens in life and I turn to food for comfort. Sometimes I just can't say no to food and eat and eat and eat. I know I have a twisted relationship with food.

I couldnt agree more!!! Natural sugars do not count!!! If i counted my sugars, I would be over by my first snack of the day. I think it is important to limit your refined sugars (eliminating is hard).....

How is your fiber intake? I know if I take into too much fiber, my body reacts that way too.

There have been a lot of discussions on this. Technically, you are supposed to eat all your exercise calories. Sometimes I do eat all of them, most of the time I do not though.

You do burn calories while weight lifting and crunches. I got tired of trying to figure it out so I went and bought a heart rate monitor... works fantastic.
