I had three (3), yes, i said three Betty Crocker chocolate molten cakes (they were minis). Still, that was 450 calories worth of chocolate. Ok. I dont know how to start my own thread. Can someone PLEASE tell me how I gained 1/4 lb (i know it's not that much) from yesterday to today. I have stayed in my calories and did 60 mins cardio both yesterday and today!!!! I am frustrated. I should have lost weight, not gained it!!!! ugh.

I weigh myself every day. My rational is that I need to make adjustments if it goes up....I dont kill myself over it, but it holds me accountable.

I usually want chocolate. What I do is eat a bag of those Quaker chocolate granola bites or if I REALLY want chocolate, I eat a Betty Crocker Molten Chocolate mini and then I am good.

We just had a long weekend off of work ( 4 dayer). I splurged EVERY day. I lost 1/4 lb. One wknd is not going to hurt. Prepare yourself by making it out w/ urself tht u may gain some weight.

I sometimes have the Hodgson Mill cereal w/ soy and flaxseed. I add pumpkin, cinnamon, and 1 tsp of the Splenda brown sugar blend. Very Very tasty

NO. I would rather spend my calories on more "natural" foods. Plz dont think I am sounding like a snob. I have eaten them in the past in a pinch tho. They just taste kinda funny to me (not ina good way either)

I am always over on sugar, sodium, and protein. As long as I am losing the weight, I don't mind.

My coffee is my quiet time. I enjoy the taste of it. I have cut back to maximum 2 cups a day. My weakness though is White Chocolate Mochas from Starbucks! So calorie laden tho. Those have been my biggest cravings. I think more for the sugar than the caffeine.

Um, yeh. I just added the sugar column to mine and I am already over and its only 1:19 pm. What the french fries, over???!!! :sad: I dont want to be completely oblivious, but I have lost 1.5lbs a week like I wanted, so I guess it's ok.

Question: So I am allowed 1380 cals a day. I burned 560. I get an extra 560. Doesnt tht kind of defeat the purpose of calorie restriction?? HELP. Kinda lost at this.
