go over your protein allowance. Like way over! lol MFP sets your protein quite low. Going over your protein will not adversely effect you.

I love it when i have extra cals left over in after dinner. My go to is a Granny Smith apple and two or even three tablespoons of peanut butter as my evening snack. It also keeps me full and satisfied so that i am not starving when i wake up.

yeah but the calries and fat in a spray is so minimal that if you over or underestimate its not a big deal. I use sprays for pan cooking, i do use butter or olive oil for roasting potatoes and such. you can also use broth and cooking spray for roasting.

i like your strategy! I think many people, even those who do not have bulimia can relate to a binge and the feelings associated with it. I am somewhat like the others, in that i sometimes dont even realise whati am doing until i am stuffing that third cookie in my mouth and realizing, "wait, what am i doing? ugh!" thanks…

i dont know that there is a sweet spot at all. They ARE awkward! lol They are starting to feel a bit more natural to me now though. I do 1 regualr push up, walk hands out, do a tri pushup, repeat. Do a search on youtube for a video to show form for a tricep pushup, that may help with your hand position, etc.
