I guess it depends on what you consider junk, or what you consider a cheat! i have snacks, i just try to at least make wiser choices than i would have in the past. I have weight watchers or skinny cow ice creams as my sweet treat sometimes. What are those ones? Yum!

i agree that calorie counting will be helpful, in your case specifically. You dont have to do it long term if thats not something you like or works for you, but you may be over eating, or as a previous poster mentioned, you may not be eating enough, therefore taxing your body with such intense workouts and dietary changes.…

I dont eat my exercise calories, exactly, but i eat more (see the bazillion topics on eat more ot lose weight, BMR, TDEE, etc) and that means i eat more throughout the day everyday, and i work to increase my protein especially on lifting days. Mine has the weight i wrote down when i was getting my permit in HS, 17 years ago! lol by the time i got my license i weighed 117 though, not the 135 i had writen down. In November, it was WAY off, as i was almost 200lbs. Today, its 13lbs or so less than I currently weigh. I am getting there! :)

yes! I was about 200lbs (5'1") and extremeley sedentary and i jumped into kickboxing classes in November. I was uncoordinated and couldnt move as fast at first, but i still did it. Now i go 3x a week love it!

a big comfy T. Thats it. I cant stand restrictive clothing, so it boggles my mind so many of you like sleeping with undies on or a bra! No way for me. I rarely sleep naked. I enjoy it, but if my hubs and i sleep touching at all, you get sweaty and for that reason, a light tee is perfect.

How active are you? 1450 is low, unless you are not working out at all. Check out www.fat2fitradio.com and look at the BMP and TDEE calculators. I am 5'1" and eat 1500-1800. (And thats to lose, not to maintain!)

I am quoting my previous post, with an update. I am now on day 15. I lost the pound i had "gained", then lost 1.6lbs by Saturday. My first real loss in weeks! Today, i am down 2 more pounds! this is after the scale frolicking up and down 2-3 lbs or almost 2 months. WOOHOO! Hooray for more cals :) CW today is 144.0
