i suggest making some attainable fitness goals that dont aren't vague and don;t give you structure on how to attain them being able to run a mile in x minutes, being able to do 30 pushups, etc. making progress towards those goals are good motivation to keep going

everyday but saturday. i easily make it to 10K steps on the other days, most days i make the goal before my workout. saturdays are rest days but i do usually end up walking 1.5 to the grocery store
